Individual Onboarding
& Inductions

Once the company is registered in Site360 and any pre-qualification requirements are complete, individual workers can be registered against the company and complete their inductions.

Step 1
Register the Individual to your Company
An individual can be registered in two ways!

Company Admin:

Company administrators can add the individual worker to the Team in the Site360 Admin Dashboard. This will trigger an SMS invite to the individual’s mobile number.

Select TEAM
Select ADD TEAM MEMBER
Enter the mobile number, name and select INVITE

If the individual has an existing account in the Woolworths Group Visitor App, they will be prompted to Accept or Reject the invite when they next log in to the App.

Individual worker self-registration:

The individual can add the company to their account in the Woolworths Group Visitor App. Click here for instructions on how to download the App and register an account.

Select TEAM
Select the ARROW next to VIEW
Select ACCEPT or REMOVE
Quick Tips
An individual can only be registered to your company once the company registration and any pre-qualification requirements are complete and your company status is Approved.
Step 2
Create an Account in the Woolworths Group Visitor App
Individual workers will set-up their account, add a profile picture and can upload any accreditations such as trade licences.

Quick Tips
If you have a Pegasus Card, you can upload it to your profile under accreditations to recognise your current WOW inductions.
Step 3
Complete Inductions
Individuals will select and complete inductions under the Induction tab in the Woolworths Group Visitor App. The inductions available for selection are linked to the work services the company provides to Woolworths and will be displayed according to the reason for visit.
Login to the Woolworths Group Visitor App
Select INDUCTIONS
COMPLETE the required inductions for your work activity
Quick Tips
The INDUCTION button will only be available in the Woolworths Group Visitor App once the company registration and any pre-qualification requirements are complete and your company status is Approved.
Note: The company administrator in Site360 will be required to purchase Induction Seats for individual workers in the Site360 Admin Dashboard where fees apply.
Do you work for a company that undertakes trolley collection or cleaning at Woolworths?
If the company you work for provides trolley collection or cleaning work services to Woolworths, individual workers will be required to undergo ID validation. They will be  asked to do  so via  Woolworths Group  Visitor App.
